Above prices are discounted group rates which include additional amenities and upgrades not available to regular cruise rates.Therefore, no other specials offered by Carnival can be applied to group rates.

Liability and Responsibility: Making a reservation shall be deemed to consent to the conditions outlined as follows: Great Expeditions, agent and/or tour operator, acts solely as an agent in good faith for the product provider (cruise line, tours, etc.), has no responsibility whatsoever in whole or part for any occurrence including but not limited to any delay, cancellation, changes, loss, accidents, personal injury, sickness, medical expenses, or property damage occasioned by fault or negligence of any person, employee or company entrusted with the performance of such service from whatever the cause. The agent, tour operator, cruise lines, or the owners of vessels or accommodations, have no responsibility whatsoever for any expense or inconvenience caused by late arrivals and departures of trains, airplanes, busses, autos or any changes of schedules beyond its control. Carnival Cruise Lines reserve the right to change or abandon all or any part of the cruise program whenever advisable. Tickets and vouchers contain further limitations of liability and a statement of such

is available upon written request. Your acceptance of the tickets and vouchers constitutes an agreement to all of the terms and conditions stated on them.

Cabin Share Program: All attempts to match you with a cabin mate will be made; however no guarantees are made or implied. A full cabin reservation deposit of $50 is required. Any unmatched singles may change to a single cabin, (double regular rate) or receive refund less booking fee. 

Payment: Reservation Deposit of $50 per cabin is due at time of booking.  Initial deposit of $250 is due November 1, 2009.  Final Balance is due January 10, 2010 along with names of cabin mates and Protection Insurance. Cabin Share candidates must make a full Reservation cabin deposit of $50.

Cancellation: $50 per person reservation deposit is fully refundable up to November 1, 2009.   Cancellation after initial deposit up to January 10, 2010, $25 penalty and $25 booking fee deduction.  Cancellation after January 10, 2010  50% plus $100 and booking fee up to March 1, 2010,  after March 1; no refund.  Cancellation policy is based on group rate and restrictions by Great Expeditions and written notice. Additional provider exceptions noted here: Great Expeditions reserves the right to cancel any guest for non-compliance of schedule payments, nonpayment of scheduled deposits or final cruise payment without notification of cancellation prior to due date will result in loss of deposit and fees. A fee of $25 -$50 will be assessed for name changes to bookings after final payment depending on Carnival and finalization documents.

Signature Authorization -I have read, understand and agree to the terms, liability, responsibility, payment schedules, deposit policy and cancellation policy stated above. No other offers implied or stated are valid unless stated above or attached. This reservation form becomes a contract upon receipt by Great Expeditions and is enforceable by the laws of the State of North Carolina. If the undersigned guest fails to meet the outlined deposit/payment schedule, Great Expeditions reserves the right to cancel reservation and assess the cancellation fee as outlined above. I understand that cruise itineraries, ships, and schedules are subject to change with or without notice.
